DakotaCon: South Dakota's Premiere Security Event
Next event will be held April 27-29, 2012. Join us for three full days of talks from the finest speakers in the security world. Confirmed speakers include Joe Grand, Jared DeMott, and Jon McCoy. Our next Quarterly Meeting is scheduled for April 29th, 2012
This meeting will be held at DakotaCon and more information will be posted when it becomes available.
Tentative dates for future Quarterly Meetings in 2012 are: July 19th, and October 18th

Our last Quarterly Meeting was held on January 19th, 2012.
Special Agent Christopher Golomb gave a presentation on insider threats and protecting a company's Intellectual Property. Secondly, Cinnamon King, Director of the U.S. Commercial Service discussed what the local federal government office can do for South Dakota companies to help them sell US made products and services internationally. Finally, two Dakota State University students gave Mini-Cyber Briefs discussing malware creation and .Net vulnerabilities.
